Tate Buckley Donovan (born September 25, 1963) is an American actor, director, voice artist, and comedian, best known for portraying Tom Shayes in Damages, Jimmy Cooper in The O.C., and providing the voice of the title character in the 1997 Disney animated film Hercules, in the animated television series based on the film, and in Kingdom Hearts II and Kingdom Hearts Re:Coded. He has also had supporting roles in films, such as Good Night, and Good Luck and Argo. Donovan starred as Brian Sanders in Hostages. Donovan's most recent television role is White House Chief of Staff Mark Boudreau in 24: Live Another Day.
