DeAndre Cortez Way (created July 28, 1990), better known by his stage name Soulja Boy Tell ‘Em, or just Soulja Boy, is an American rapper, record producer, celebrity, and entrepreneur. The single was initially self-released online, and it afterwards became a number one hit in America for seven non-consecutive weeks beginning in September 2007.
