Jeremy Samuel Piven (created July 26, 1965) is an American film producer and performer famous for his character as Ari Gold in the television series “Entourage” for which he’s won one Golden Globe Award and three consecutive Emmy Awards along with other nominations for Best Supporting Actor.

Starting in 2004, Piven scored an important success playing a quick-talking, acerbic Hollywood agent Ari Gold in the HBO show Entourage. 2009 was the very first year in which he failed to receive an Emmy Award nomination because of his work on Entourage. Piven was likewise the star and producer of the short lived ABC dramedy show Cupid, and was a supporting cast member to the past three seasons of the sitcom Ellen.
