Carole Gene Spelling (ne Marer; produced September 20, 1945), called Candy Spelling, is an American writer, television personality and philanthropist. She’s the widow of Aaron Spelling. They appeared in several of Aaron’s productions, most notably in Beverly Hills, 90210.[5] Candy and Aaron Spelling assembled a mansion in Holmby Hills, called Spelling Manor, that has been finished in 1988. Having an estimated 123 rooms, including fourteen bedrooms, seventeen toilets and five kitchens, 56,500 square feet (5,250 m2) on 4.7 acres (19,000 m2) property, it’s apparently the biggest house in Los Angeles County. After Aaron Spelling’s passing on June 23, 2006, the estate was to be split mainly between Candy Spelling and her two kids. During the time, Spelling and her daughter were estranged and it had been reported that Tori inherited $800,000. Randy Spelling allegedly received $800,000 as well. She said she was going to downscale her living space after her husband’s passing in 2006. Nevertheless, in March 2013 she sued the developers after she asserted they did not put in a restaurant to the building as assured. Meanwhile, she continues to be leasing an apartment in The Carlyle on Wilshire Boulevard in Westwood, LA, but has faced eviction since February 2013 supposedly over a mistake concerning the renewal of her tenancy arrangement for six additional months.
